Saul Gumede

  • Saul Gumede CPM began his career as a teacher 1981, at Mamelodi High School before moving into the corporate world as an Auditor at Deloitte & Touche in 1982 and later joining Old Mutual Properties as a Property Accountant in 1985 to establish his property career.


  • He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Zululand, a Certified Property Manager designation (CPM®) from Institute of Real Estate Management (REM) from USA and completed the Property Development Programme (PDP) at the University of Cape Town.



  • He has held leadership roles including co-founder of JSE Listed Dipula Income Fund, Chairperson of Pareto Limited, President of South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners, President of IREM South Africa , Gauteng Chapter, Vice-President of SAPOA and Chairperson of the Property Sector Charter Council.
