Lusanda Netshitenzhe

Lusanda Netshitenzhe is the CEO of TUHF21, part of the TUHF Group of Companies focused on providing finance to property developers in South Africa's urban areas.

This includes inner-cities, suburban areas and townships in and around major metros. With over 23 years of experience in property and affordable housing, she joined TUHF in 2007 as a Portfolio Manager and became the Regional Manager-KZN and later Development Impact Executive before taking on her current role in April 2021.

Lusanda holds a Master of Business Leadership (MBL) degree from

the University of South Africa (UNISA) and a Master of Science in Development Planning from WITS University.

She has also completed the Executive Programme in Advanced Property Development at the University of Cape Town's Graduate School of Business and the Wharton International Housing Finance Course at the University of Pennsylvania, USA.
