Our Mandate
Our mandate is to collect B-BBEE Property Sector Code certificates and back-end details from companies in the property sector and collate and analyse the data into an annual report.
Report the Annual Transformation Progress of the Property Sector to the following government structures:

Custodians of B-BBEE - Minster of Trade and Industry and Competition (DTIC).

Parliament - Portfolio Committee.

Line Ministry - Department of Public Works and Human Settlement.

B-BBEE Commission (Ombudsman).

Property Sector Participants.
Other roles that PSCC plays to achieve its purpose:

The PSCC is empowered to act with executive authority to provide the necessary guidance on property sector specific matters affecting B-BBEE to entities within the property sector.

To assist the stakeholders in the sector with their transformation journey as outline in the sector codes.

To add value to the sector by providing much-needed guidance towards transformation of the property sector.

To breathe life into the sector charter process.
